Shipping conditions Babymaxi.com

We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 3 p.m. (excluding holidays). Orders are dispatched after receipt of payment. Delivery time and cost will depend on shipping method and destination. 

Delivery times for international shipments by UPS

Delivery time is normally 2 - 5 days. The delivery time is an estimated delivery time.

In the order process, you can choose from three types of deliveries:

  • Delivery to a UPS AccesPoint. Delivery is made within 5 working days.
  • Delivery to your home by UPS. Delivery is made within 5 working days.
  • Express delivery to your home by UPS (with additional costs which will be calculated in the cart after entering the delivery address). Delivery is made within 2 working days in Europe.

The circumstances may result in a longer delivery time. An exception applies to delivery times in remote areas in Europe. An additional day will be added. Circumstances can cause a longer delivery time. Our experience is that (almost) all packages arrive within two weeks, but this is an exception. Our shipping partner is UPS.

Please leave your phone number with your order, then you can be contacted directly if there are problems with delivery.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of the order (the delivery address). The shipping costs will be shown in order cart, but to give you an estimation:

  • Shipping to United Kingdom: € 35
  • The Netherlands & Belgium: €5.95 - FREE Shipping from €50!
  • Germany: €7.95 - FREE Shipping from €100!

  • Italy, France, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg: between €10 - 14 - FREE Shipping from €100

  

World Wide Shipping
We ship world wide! For world wide shipping we work with several shipping partners and look for the best rate.

Orders being shipped outside the European Union are 21 % VAT-free. Once the country for the shipping address is selected on the checkout page, prices are shown excluding VAT in the shopping cart summary.  

Shipping time varies by country. Yippee is not responsible for the postal service's or the courier's delayed delivery times or lost shipments.

Yippee cannot anticipate what duties may or may not be charged (outside the EU). Yippee does its best to minimize possible extra charges, but the customer is ultimately responsible for any charges incurred by his country's customs department.

If an item is not in stock, customers will be contacted as soon as possible. Occasionally certain items are not held as stock, in this case the item will be shipped directly to the customer from Yippee's supplier.
