The following terms apply to all deliveries and services of Yippee. By placing an order the customer agrees on these terms. Yippee reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without notice.

All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements entered into under these terms and conditions are subject exclusively to Dutch law.

By placing an order on Babymaxi's website the customer automatically agrees on Yippee's terms and conditions.

2. Orders

Customers can order on Yippee's websites, by email or over the telephone. Directly after an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the order including order details and the total costs.

Yippee reserves the right to refuse an order at any time which can result, for example, from one of the following:

• The product ordered is not in stock

• Yippee's inability to obtain authorisation of payment

• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order Babymaxi will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Prices

All prices on Yippee's website are in Euros and inclusive VAT (Value Added Tax). As Yippee is registered for VAT in The Netherlands your order will be charged at the applicable Dutch VAT rate for orders delivered within the Netherlands. For delivery in to other Euroean countries the VAT rate of that country will charged.

Prices listed on the internet do not include the shipping charge. A shipping charge will be added during the order process, depending on delivery location for your order.

7. Liability

Yippee has made every effort to display all information on its website as accurate as possible. However Yippee reserves the right to refuse orders where the information, including prices and promotions, has been mis-published. Yippee is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect information on its website.

Yippee cannot be held responsible for product deviations due to photo or monitor quality.
