The Quokkababy E-Carrier is an ergonomic baby carrier made from 100% OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified organic cotton wrap fabric. Designed as a newborn baby carrier from birth through to toddler age (3.2 to 22 kg / up to 36 months), it adjusts on all four sides to fit your baby at every stage, from the first days to the preschooler years.

From the very first days, the E-Carrier adjusts perfectly to your newborn's size. Its fully adjustable panel reduces on all four sides to provide a snug, supportive fit. Extra padding around the neck supports your baby's head and neck, while the dual strap configuration follows your baby's natural spinal curve without creating pressure. The ergonomic M-position (frog position) keeps knees higher than the bottom, promoting healthy hip development from birth. IHDI certified hip healthy by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.

3 Carry Positions, Newborn to Toddler

The E-Carrier works as a newborn carrier, a back carrier, and a hip carrier as your child grows:

• Front carry (parent-facing) from birth, for newborn closeness and the early months
• Back carry from around 6 months, making it a comfortable back carrier for longer outings
• Hip carry from around 6 months, ideal as a hip carrier for curious explorers on short trips

The dual panel adjustment system transforms the carrier from newborn to toddler carrier size with no accessories needed, extending its use well into the toddler years.

Comfort for Parents and Caregivers

Padded shoulder straps and a reinforced lumbar belt distribute weight evenly, reducing pressure on your back and shoulders. Straps can be crossed to suit different body types.
