Same-day shipping up to 23:59 CET for most products
We process orders every working day and offer same-day shipping for many products when you order before 23:59 CET. These products will be shipped from our main warehouses in the Netherlands.
Exact cut-off time listed on product page
We work with multiple logistics partners across Europe to provide you with the smoothest and most seamless shipping experience possible. Therefore, some items may have an earlier cut-off time (e.g. 16:00 CET) or require 1 to 2 business days for processing. See the shipment information on the product pages for the exact shipping timeframe for each product.
Fast & Reliable Daily Shipping With Trusted Carriers
We ship daily to all European destinations using trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, and their local affiliates including Bpost, Chronopost, GLS, and Correos. Every order includes a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way. In some cases, to ensure faster and better delivery, your order may be shipped directly from one of our partner manufacturers within the EU.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our delivery partners work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
- Netherlands & Belgium: Next business day
- Germany & France: 2-3 business days
- Italy & Switzerland: 4-6 business days
- Other EU countries: 2-10 business days (most arrive within 2-6 days)
- Other non-EU countries: 2-10 business days, but do note potential customs processing times (see below)
Our shipping partners deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Non-EU Shipping: VAT & Customs Duties
- Orders outside the EU are exempt from VAT. When selecting a country outside the EU at checkout, you’ll see prices without VAT.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country may apply import taxes or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Public Holidays
Please note that the following dates are public holidays in the Netherlands. Babymaxi and our shipping partners will be closed on these days. Orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped on the next working day:
