The Storchenwiege Valeno is a full-buckle baby carrier, both the waist belt and shoulder straps fasten with buckles, for the quickest on and off of any Storchenwiege carrier. It carries from approximately 3.5 kg (birth) to 15 kg, made from Storchenwiege's woven sling fabric produced in Germany, giving it softness and structure you don't get from standard padded panels.

Why the woven fabric matters

Most full-buckle carriers use stiff padded fabric. The Valeno uses the same woven sling fabric as Storchenwiege's wrap and half-buckle lines. This fabric adapts to your baby's body rather than holding a rigid shape, distributing pressure more evenly across the back panel. The result is a full-buckle carrier that carries more like a wrap.

M-position and ergonomic fit

The adjustable seat panel maintains the ergonomic M-position (frog position) at every stage, knees above seat level, thighs fully supported. Padded waist belt with three-point safety buckle, integrated headrest for newborn support, and a chest strap for back carry.
