Carrying your baby facing forward
You can begin carrying your baby facing forward once your baby can sit up independently and hold their head steadily. At that stage, your baby can look around, discover the world together with you, and turn away when they’ve had enough stimulation.
Because forward facing carrying offers so much sensory input, it’s best to start gradually and limit this forward facing position to around 30 minutes at a time.
Every ergonomic baby carrier at Babymaxi , such as the Ergobaby Omni Classic and Ergobaby Embrace, is thoughtfully designed to support both facing in and facing out positions while keeping your baby’s hips and spine in an ergonomic posture.
