Return and exchange

If you made your purchase through Babymaxi's website (part of Yippee!) you can exchange or return your item for a refund for up to 14 days after purchase (from date of receipt).
 
Please notify Yippee! of the return by email to [email protected] prior to returning the item. Don't forget to mention your order number in the email for fast handling.

Do not stick the address label directly on the packaging of the item. Use the shipping box you received the package in, or wrap it in brown paper or a sturdy bag. If the packaging is damaged, we will charge costs for this.
 
Please include a note in the return package with your order number and optional the reason for return. 
 
The return shipping cost is paid by the customer who is also responsible of the product until Yippee! receives it. Responsibility for the return shipment lies with the customer until the return has arrived at Yippee!. Yippee! will only refund the amount when the return has arrived and has been checked.
 
The item cannot be returned or exchanged if:
 
• It has been washed or used
• Use instructions have not been followed
• The packaging (including labels) for the item is damaged or missing
• A repair has been attempted
 

Return conditions Babydorm cushion
Please note, for the Babydorm cushion, the additional return condition applies that the plastic protective layer must still be around the pillow if you want to return it, due to hygiene.


Refund
Yippee! will refund the purchase price (excluding initial shipping costs) and the amount will be credited to your account as soon as possible within 14 days.
 
In case of damaged or faulty items, Yippee! will exchange the goods or offer a full refund including postage costs.
 
If you have received a wrong order, Yippee! will be responsible for sending the correct order.
